At Haute Wellness & MediSpa, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients fairly and maintain a smooth operation, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Appointment Cancellations
Notification Time Frame: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and manage our staff’s schedules efficiently.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee. This fee will be 50% of the service cost.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notification will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to a genuine emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion in such cases.
Booking Deposits
Deposit Requirement: For certain services, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards your service cost.
Deposit Refund: If you cancel your appointment within the accepted time frame, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel late or do not show up, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation or no-show fee.
Rescheduling Appointments
Rescheduling Requests: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so as early as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time and date, subject to availability.
Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling within the 24-hour window before your appointment may be treated as a cancellation, and the relevant fees may apply.
Medical Exceptions
If you need to cancel due to medical reasons, including sudden illness or emergencies, please inform us as soon as possible. We may request a doctor’s note to waive the cancellation fees.
